Summary: Property and staff were amazing. A little noisy in the mornings due to the scooter traffic, but that is inherent to the island for sure. Beutiful place and wonderful experience. Would recommend to others as well. -Thanks

Summary: Lovely garden setting! Royal Palms had all we wanted; friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed and convenient location walking distance to downtown Hamilton. We would stay again!

Summary: This is an old school hotel. Reminds me of a B&B. The room was pleasant but rather small. I found the a/c not responsive. The restaurant, Ascots, was excellent. Service was very good, including the housekeeping. The continental breakfast was adequate. My biggest complaint is that the pool was more ornamental than functional. I never used it.

Summary: This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. Special shout out to Greg who didn’t give up on connecting our DVD player to their TV so we could celebrate Groundhog day. The included breakfast was delicious and we appreciated their providing non dairy milk when we requested it. Highly recommend this hotel and my wife and I are looking forward to returning for another vacation.
